Career Progression at JSL STAINLESS is part of the Talent Management Process. We
put significant efforts into individual development to ensure our people are doing
what they want to do and ensure that they are achieving their goals. Our career
progressions are competency based and take into account not only performance but
also potential for taking up higher responsibilities.
Assessments are done through a three way assessment consisting of annual performance
appraisal, competency assessment through assessment Centers and cross functional
panel interviews. Assessment Centre contains a battery of tools and exercises. “LEAP-Leadership
Enhancement for accelerated Performance” is focused towards providing accelerated
growth. We also have a continuing education policy for employees for further career
enhancements.
